In order to do affordable housing planning, we need better data!

• Are we going to be able to house all our families and older residents who need affordable housing?  We need better data on the current and future need for affordable housing in Connecticut.
  
  
• Is housing the government pays for placed to strategically take advantage of Connecticut's resources like excellent schools?  We need to know the location, cost, and affordability levels of the existing government subsidized housing stock.
  
  
• Are there barriers preventing people of color from accessing subsidized housing in thriving neighborhoods?  We won't know unless we have the demographics of the current residents of subsidized housing.
